All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Orders are aimed to be sent out the same day if being received before 12.00 pm
Orders after 12.00 pm will be sent out the next day with the chosen delivery service
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Europe only. Any shipments outside of Europe are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
We generally use Royal Mail services to get the goods delivered, exceptions might be from time to time. Please check the Royal Mail website for further information regarding the actual delivery position:
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, estimated deliver in 1 day, Royal Mail Special Delivery 1 pm estimated to deliver in 1 day and Royal Mail 2nd Class, estimated delivery is in 3 days unless Royal Mail advises otherwise.
COVID-19 Update: the delivery time can be up to 10 business days, we can’t take the responsibility of Royal Mail delayed delivery time.
We will only consider an order lost after 10 Business days therefore we won’t repeat the order before that given time period has expired.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you want to send your items back to us you can do it, no question asked. However, you might help us understand what the issue was allowing us to learn and avoid the same thing in the future but you don’t have to explain. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an acceptable condition in original packaging. We won’t refund for opened accessories like nail tips, nail brush, unless they have not been opened and used at all, in original packaging. We won’t make any refund for used accessory items.
It is your responsibility to make the necessary protection avoiding the damage in transit. We won’t make any refund for damaged items.
To complete your return, we require your order/invoice number we can identify your purchase.
