Once an order is placed, Bamboofeet will collect your products and ship them straight to your door! You can find shipping methods Bamboofeet currently has in place. The final shipping method will depend on your address. Rest assured, most of our merchants make it accessible to all!
UK SHIPPING Standard Delivery: £1.95 (3-5 working days, depending on your postcode) Good news: your order doesn’t have to be signed for so it can be left in a safe place if you’re out (with a neighbour is a good idea). Next Day Delivery: £3.95 (simply order before noon) Your order will arrive between 9am-9pm. Unfortunately, we can’t give exact time slots. Next Day Delivery orders will need a signature on arrival. If you’re not home, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can easily arrange a re-delivery or collection. Have a message or comments for us? We’ll pass them on if we can, though requests can’t always be made. Please note: Orders placed using our Next Day Delivery service after 12.00pm (noon) on a Friday, or during the weekend, will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note: The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service (and keeping your receipt), as we unfortunately can’t be responsible for lost post. If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost if applicable.
For exchanges or if returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded. We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear and tights for exchange or refund.
