Once an order is placed, Fathercares will collect your products and ship them straight to your door! You can find shipping methods Fathercares currently has in place. The final shipping method will depend on your address. Rest assured, most of our merchants make it accessible to all!
We do deliver outside of Europe. If you are outside the EU, please just enter your address and change the country when specified. Our international delivery courier is Royal Mail orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Our Standard Delivery - we aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders within 7-14 working days. However, during busy periods we cannot guarantee standard delivery orders to arrive within the 7 -14 working days. Once Dispatched you will receive the delivery the next day Via DHL.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. If you do not receive products ordered by you within 10 -14 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at support fathercares55@gmail.com of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the products. Our courier services are as follows: DHL for our Standard Delivery at £4.99.
There is a cooling-off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods through one of the following mediums:
Returning Incorrect Items
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity. Please note that some items may be dispatched in an outer carton that differs in the description from that of the items ordered. Where you have received the incorrect items, we will arrange collection of the incorrect items on a date suitable for you within 7 days of the correct item being delivered. Where the correct item has been delivered and the incorrect item has not been collected or otherwise returned to us, then you will be liable for the cost of the incorrect item(s).
Refunds
You should receive notification of your refund within 10 working days after your parcel has been returned. If you have not received notification of your refund within 10 working days.
