I really hope that you are happy with your goods, however, I gladly accept return if you wish to return an item for some reason, please report me at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the item and you will be provided with a returns address.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item and will be eligible for a refund as long as the item/s is returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of returning your item/s will be the customer's responsibility so I recommend using a tracked service with insurance as I can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For safety reasons, I do not accept returns on earrings & scrunchies and unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Unfortunately, I can not process returns for refunds received more than 14 days after received delivery. However, due to the current pandemic, I am aware of parcel delays and I will understand late returns due to delayed services as long as I have been notified of the said return within the above-mentioned 7 days time frame. In terms of refund please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
