Pantagurele Soave is produced in only 1300 bottles following the natural fermentation process, aeging between 16 to 20 months on the lees give this wine complexity and finesse. Intense citrus and ripe stone fruit aromas with floral hints on the nose. Well balanced with a long mineral finish on the palate.
Cantina Martinelli own a small Gargaenga vineyard, defined as Cru, in Caucciolo; between Fittà and Castelcerino.
The 1.2ha vineyard is in the Soave Classico area 300mt above sea level. Near a woodland Franesco makes his wines in full respect of biodiversity and also with a strictly organic and biodynamic policy.
