Jordan River is located on a remarkable landscape, at an altitude of 840 meters over an extinct volcano on Mountain Heights Plateau, Jordan’s most fertile region.
Snow melt flowing from Jabal Al Arab resides under the volcanic desert and gives life to over 40 types of grape varieties. The Jordanian climate, with over 330 annual days of sunlight, and the volcanic soil of the Mafraq Plateau provides our vines with the minerals and conditions to flourish and produce the "Real taste of Jordan".
JR Wines are the proud product of the Haddad Family's long history in the Middle East. Our vision is to place Jordan on the world map of wine and revive Jordan's wine making history that dates back to 30 BC.
